How does the “Sharing Economy 2.0” differ from the “Sharing Economy 1.0”? Which ecological effects do peer-to-peer-sharing platforms have and how can these effects be measured? Who are the users of sharing offerings, what are their motives and which barriers do exist to make use of these offerings? Dr. Gerd Scholl from the IÖW in Berlin explores these questions for many years and in current research projects.
